Direct placement is the cornerstone of our business. Open Houses

Our open house program is one of the most time and cost effective ways to hire.  Our Candidate Search Program is an easy, efficient and cost-effective way for you to source and pre-qualify potential candidates.  The program was designed to save you time and money.  We take the tasks of sourcing and qualifying candidates and completing your first interview. The Candidate Search Program includes a two-week advertising campaign which includes monster.com, careerbuilder.com and print advertisements in the market’s major publication, as well as, diversity and suburban publications.

The program involves interviews with candidates based on questions that are customized to fit your individual needs.  After candidates are interviewed by our staff, the resume and profile are then e-mailed to you.  The information includes a completed interview form with all of your questions answered and a professional opinion on the candidate’s interviewing abilities and overall personality.  We will answer questions that you need to know related to communication skills, attitude and his/her interest in employment with your company.

You provide the questions; we create your profile, advertise for your company, source and qualify the candidates.  It is that simple! Our staff works proactively to ensure that candidates are educated on your company and are serious about moving on to the next step of your interview process.

Career Fairs
